Yes, our 3D scanning app allows for easy exporting of 3D models in a variety of file formats, including OBJ, STL, and PLY.

Yes. After creating a scanning session, an add photo button is on the right side of the photo taking button. You can select the images and click upload, the model will be generated based on the images uploaded.

You may send us a message with the "Contact Us" button and our team will response to your problem as soon as possible.

You may try to re-create a session and upload the images for re-generation. If you take the images with the app, you may send us a message with the "Contact Us" button and we will try to help you re-generate the model

At the moment we don’t support adding additional photos to the generated model. You may create a new session and add the additional photos to the original photo set to generate a new model.

No. The deleted model will be removed from the platform’s database. Before deleting a model, please carefully confirm the model is the right model to delete.
